Christmas Holiday Posting Schedule:

Our last posting day is 23rd December with Royal Mail and Next Day Fed Ex Service. If you order before 12pm on December 23rd your item will be posted as normal. Orders after 12pm will not be posted until our next posting day, Tuesday 29th December. For regular posting service we will post out on days in which the Royal Mail collects. Payment:

Payment must be completed before item is posted. Delays in payment will delay delivery. All of our prices include VAT as we are a VAT registered company. All orders include a VAT receipt. If you would like to call my shop to complete payment feel free to call Mon-Sat 9:30-5:30 toll free number 08000 433 597.

Credit card are processed directly through our safe check out system. Your credit card number is not saved once your order has been processed. We also accept money orders and checks but they need to be cashed before order is shipped. If you would like to pay by any other method please contact us so that we can make an arrangement.

Delivery:

Next Day Delivery for Indoor Fireworks: Choose Next Day Delivery for your indoor fireworks for only ₤5.99. Items purchased before 12pm Monday-Friday will be posted with Fed Ex or Royal Mail for next business day delivery service. Items purchased after 12pm or on weekends/bank holidays will go out the next business day for next business day delivery. Next Day Service will need to be signed for. If you are out the courier will leave a card for re-delivery or collection. You will have 7 days to collect item from courier if you are not in until courier returns items to us. If item is returned to us you will need to pay delivery again. If you choose to leave a note requesting that the courrier leave the package without a signiture, you do so at your own risk of theft or misplacment. Returned items will not be refunded the postage costs.

We offer free local delivery to address within 15 miles of our retail shop on orders over ₤200. Local deliveries from ₤100-199 are charged ₤15. Orders under ₤100 must be picked up from the retail shop at this time. You can request a specific date and time of delivery. Delivery usually takes 2-5 days so please order well enough in advance. If you need next day delivery please email or call us for arrangements. Due to heavy volume orders from September-December may take longer to deliver and may need to be delivered 3 weeks before the date of your display.

All packages must be signed for and will not be left unattended. Fireworks need to be signed for by someone over 18 years old. All attempted deliveries incur a ₤15 redelivery fee and your credit card will automatically be charged. Curriers need to deliver fireworks to a business or work address.

Product Availability:
We try to keep the website stock list up to date. However, heavy volume times may cause online stock accuracy. If this is to happen on your order and no similar item is available we will contact you. We reserve the right to substitute items for alternatives of the same or hight value.

Returns:
If your items arrive damaged, you must contact us with in 24 hours so we can arrange for the items to be collected and replaced. If you decide you no longer need the product you must contact us with in 7 days of delivery. You must not return fireworks in the regular mail. We will send our specialist currier to collect them for you. You are responsible for return postage. All returns must be in original packaging and in resellable condition. Refunds will be issued upon our receipt of the products.
