Payment must be completed before item is collected. Delays in payment will delay your order being ready for collection. All of our prices include VAT as we are a VAT registered company. All orders include a VAT receipt.
Credit card are processed directly through PayPal. This provides you a secure checkout process.
Product Availability:
We try to keep the website stock list up to date. However, heavy volume times may cause online stock accuracy. If this is to happen on your order and no similar item is available we will contact you. We reserve the right to substitute items for alternatives of the same or similar value.
Returns:
If your items arrive damaged, you must contact us with in 24 hours so we can arrange for the items to be collected and replaced. If you decide you no longer need the product you must contact us with in 7 days of collection. You must not return fireworks in the regular mail. All returns must be in original packaging and in resellable condition. Refunds will be issued upon our receipt of the products.
